We will meet on the Third Wednesday of the month, from 5:45 to 7:15 PM

We’re oAering DINNER, plus Bible Exploration, Arts and Crafts, and Games!
The meal is a community event, so we encourage parents to join us, as well as bell
and chancel choir members who will be rehearsing. Youth can also invite their friends!
Wednesday Evening Schedule:
• Community Meal: 5:45 – 6:15 PM
o Group Opening: 6:05 – 6:15 PM
• Classes: 6:15 – 7:15 PM
o Students will be divided into age groups:
• Pre-K – 2nd Grade
• 3rd – 5th Grade
• 6th – 8th Grade (Confirmation)

Volunteer Opportunities:
• Meal Organizers
• Opening
• Instructors for Bible Exploration, Arts & Crafts, and Games

(Pastor Megan will lead Confirmation)

• Chaperones – at least one for each elementary group, to help usher them
through the rotations of Bible, Art, and Games

Charge! …November 14-16, 2025, at Great Wolf Lodge in Traverse City:
• 6th – 12th graders are invited to participate in Charge! The cost is $95 per
participant. We will fundraise to cover the costs of the hotel and food.
• We are partnering with University Lutheran Church (ULC) to form one big
community group!
